Scope of works
- Supply and installation of a System 2, with new refrigerant pipework and modifications to existing containment
- Supply and installation of a 24,000 Btu ceiling cassette
- Relocation of existing indoor units to suit a floor reconfiguration
- Ventilation works to the restroom and storeroom: two 4-inch EC centrifugal extractor fans supplied and installed, connected to existing ductwork and to a new air vent via flexible duct
- Opening of false ceiling and false wall, forming the air vent opening, and patching and making good on completion
- Vent upsized from 150mm to 190mm with reducers, and the vent hole reduced from 6 inches to 4 to suit the fan
- Supply and installation of a 4-inch in-line silencer with additional ducting, to keep fan noise out of the room
- Investigation and rectification of a condensate water pipe fault
- Servicing across the café floor at a per-unit rate
