The ACMV package inside your fit-out or renovation, quoted to you as main contractor. Changes priced before the work.
Send the layout. We mark up where each unit and pipe run goes, so your site team and your client can see it before the ceiling closes. A site visit before we price is usually needed.
What’s included
- Supply and installation of split, multi-split, cassette, ducted and VRF systems
- Relocation of retained units to suit the new layout
- Chemical overhaul of units being kept
- Ventilation fans and ducting within the package
- Condensate drainage
- Removal of redundant units and grilles
- Testing and commissioning, with pressure-test and commissioning records
- A marked-up layout showing unit positions and pipe runs
Not included
- Builder’s works, hacking, coring and ceiling works
- Upgrades to the electrical supply or distribution board
- Permits and fees charged by building management
- Work that needs a Licensed Electrical Worker is carried out with a licensed partner.
