Site access and programme
- Visit times are agreed per site: trading hours, service calendars, guest occupancy, permit-to-work regimes
- Building access, lift bookings and contractor permits arranged before we attend, not on the day
- Works sequenced so a trading floor or a tenanted office keeps operating
Safety
- Risk assessment before attendance, reviewed on site if conditions differ from survey
- Permit-to-work compliance with the building’s own regime
- Toolbox briefing before works start on site
